Civil War- a period of conflict between groups within the same country followed by deaths
Julius Caesar-Military leader in 60 B.C.
Triumvirate- A group of three rulers
Augustus- Restored some aspects of the republic. Formally known as Octavian. 
Pax Romana- 207 years of peace

2) The Roman's republic turning into an empire is negative because the empire doesn't represent the people.

3) The growing discontent among the lower classes of society and a breakdown in military order.

4)Efficient government and adequate rulers.

5) The government provided free games, events, races, and, most importantly, gladiator battles.
